IV CHAMPIONSHIP OF RUSSIA
was held at August 29-30, 2020 in equestrian club "Pegasus" in Drakino Park (Serpukhov). 42 horseback archers from Moscow and the Moscow region, Tatarstan, Kalmykia, Tula region, Yaroslavl, St.Petersburg, Volgograd and Nizhny Novgorod took part in the competition. This year athletes showed their skills in three routes: Korean, Hungarian (updated), and Skirmish.
III CUP OF FEDERATION
On July 4-5, 2020, one of the largest horseback archery tournaments in Russia took place, which is already considered a rehearsal for the Russian Championship.
The Federation Cup is held on the main FHAR track in equestrian club "Pegasus" near Serpukhov. The competition, which lasts for two days, attracts athletes from all over the country to demonstrate the skills and progress they have achieved over the past year.
III CHAMPIONSHIP OF RUSSIA
took place on September 21-22, 2019 in the village of Novoselitskoye, Stavropov.
There were 24 horseback archers from Moscow and Moscow region, Chelyabinsk, Kalmykia, Tula region, Bryansk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Bashkortostan, St. Petersburg, Yaroslavl and Stavropol took part in the competition.
I CUP OF THE ST.GEORGE
On July 12-15, first time in Russia, there were international competition in horseback archery. The best 35 athletes from 18 countries - from the USA to Malaysia, from Finland to South Africa - were invited to demonstrate their skills and motivate the development of horseback archery in Russia. Riders acted on horses of HSC "Pegasus" (Serpukhov) and don horses of "Cossack school of Riding and Dzhigitovka".
III SILK ROAD CUP
took place on November 20-24, 2019, near Tehran. 60 horseback archers from 22 countries spent three days figuring out, who is the best in the five routes: Korean, Hungarian, International, Persian and Turkish.
Russia was represented by Sergey Odinokov, Pavel Polyakov and Lyubov Moroka. Team showed decent results.
On 30 of August, 2019, there was the demonstration horseback archery competition between Russia and Mongolia. It took part like an event at the international festival of military arts "Spasskaya tower" on the Red Square.
The Russian Team - Sergey Odinokov, Pavel Polyakov and Sergei Ragozin - scored more points and defeated the Team from Mongolia.
On August 11, 2018, for the first time in Russia, there was the festival of Japanese culture of horseback archery "Yabusame". It was spent at the Central Moscow Hippodrome. More than 15 thousand spectators watched on this from the tribunes!
It was the great showtime for the russian-side horseback archers Sergey Odinokov, Pavel Polyakov, Sergey Konovalov and Sergey Ragozin.
II CHAMPIONSHIP OF RUSSIA
took place on August 25-26, 2018, in HSC "Pegasus" in Serpukhov. The tournament was attended by 22 horseback archers from Moscow, Volgograd, Naberezhnye Chelny, Stavropol Krai, Bryansk, St. Petersburg, Yaroslavl, Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Moscow and Tula regions. Riders passed three routes: Hungarian and two types of Korean.
On April 20-21, 2018, Jordan hosted an international horseback archery tournament under the patronage of the Royal family.
50 horseback archers from 25 countries competed for the right to bear the name of the AL-FARIS Champion.
The Russian team, which participated in this tournament for the first time, took the 6th place in the team standings.
On July 6-8, 2018, there was a festival dedicated to traditional archery "Mergen uksy" ("Accurate archer") in the Iglinsky district of Bashkortostan.
The festival was visited by the Federation Team: Sergey Odinokov, Andrey Sviridov, Pavel Polyakov, Maya Dinova, Sergey Ragozin and Alexander Zhurov.
It was the first departure of athletes of Federation on a festival as a Team more than two people.
14th WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Participation in the World Championship in South Korea is not limited to any rating or age of the athlete. Because of this members of FHAR took part in this competition every year, since 2017.
In 2018, the 14th World championship was attended by the maximum number of participants from Russia at that time: Sergey Odinokov, Sergey Ragozin, Lyubov Moroka and Elizaveta Gryazeva.
So, in this championship took part 86 athletes from 17 countries.
I CHAMPIONSHIP OF RUSSIA
On September 9-10, 2017, there was the first Russian horseback archery championship. It passed in HSC "Pegasus" in Serpukhov. There were 24 athletes from different sides of the country.
There were three ratings: overall, women's and junior, and two routes: Hungarian and Korean.
Because the eminent Polish sportswoman Anna Sokolskaya visited the championship, it was created the international rating too, in which the guest won.
CREATION AND ACCESSION TO INTERNATIONAL STRUCTURES
The Russian Horseback Archery Federation (FHAR) was officially registered on 5 of May, 2017.
In February, 2017, the FHAR became a part of the IHAA (International Horseback Archery Alliance).
On June 30, 2017, the FHAR officially became part of the WHAF (World Horseback Archery Federation).
The President of the FHAR Is Sergey Odinokov.
